Bird Spiking – This technique involves installing a series of blunt metal prongs attached to UV-stabilised plastic. These metal rods will stop birds from landing without harming them and will last for many years when installed correctly. They are durable and can be cut to size to fit smaller areas such as alarms or CCTV cameras.
Bird Netting – Installation of netting to prevent birds from accessing sensitive areas such as plant areas and balconies.
Anti-Perch Systems – Using spiking and wire systems we can prevent pest birds from roosting on window ledges, fascia’s, chimneys and many other areas favoured by birds.
Bird Free ‘Fire Gel’ – The gel, which is completely harmless and non obtrusive, makes use of the fact that birds vision allows them to see ultra-violet light, thus making the gel appear as fire to them.

Shoots are generally carried out at dusk or dawn once birds have returned to their nesting areas. Prevention is always better than cure though and the methods above should always be attempted where possible before shooting is proposed.

If not dealt with immediately, guano can cause permanent damage to balconies, roofs, fences, machinery, gardening equipment and ventilation systems.
